- The trip begins at Marina Marsa Alam.
GROUP transfers are available from Hurghada to Marsa Alam. We handle all-day and afternoon arrivals at Hurghada airport until 18:00. There might be some waiting time as we combine closely timed arrivals on the same bus. The first bus departs around 14:00. Pick-ups from hotels are exclusively available for the Hurghada 1 city area, not from El Gouna, Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh, Soma, or Safaga. Additionally, we only pick up from standard hotels, not residential areas. If your hotel is located outside the designated group transfer pickup area etc., the meeting point for the group transfer is the main entrance of the Bella Vista hotel on Saturday at 15:00.
Return GROUP transfers from Marina Marsa Alam to Hurghada depart at 08:00 and reach Hurghada between approximately 12:30 and 13:30. For earlier departures from Hurghada, private car service is available at 90 Euros per one-way trip. Please note that the group bus cannot collect passengers from hotels outside the mentioned Hurghada 1 area, and it cannot drop off passengers at any hotels on the route from Marina Marsa Alam back to Hurghada city and airport. The group bus follows the highway route and cannot make intermediate stops.
GROUP transfers are also available from Marsa Alam airport and the Marsa Alam city area.
Please note that Marsa Alam city and Marina Marsa Alam (where the boat will be in most cases) are situated 70 km south of Marsa Alam airport. We handle all arrivals at Marsa Alam airport until 18:00, and the first group bus departs around 16:00. We provide pick-ups from Marsa Alam airport as well as hotels within Coraya Bay and Marina Port Ghaleb. A return group transfer is arranged from Marina Marsa Alam to Marsa Alam airport at 08:00 (we can also drop off guests at hotels within Port Ghaleb, Coraya Bay).
2. The trip starts from Hurghada.
We manage all arrivals at Hurghada airport (check-in only at 17:00). Guests arriving earlier can wait at coffee shops or private beaches at their own expense. Only one group transfer service is available for picking up and dropping off guests at Hurghada hotels within the Hurghada 1 city area. Pick-ups are not provided from El Gouna, Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh, Soma, Safaga, residential areas, or non-standard hotels.
Guests arriving at Marsa Alam airport are transported to Hurghada either by private car at 90 Euros (Marsa Alam to Hurghada) or by a 10-seater minibus at 110 Euros per minibus.
After the trip, a single group bus is arranged for check-out time at 09:00 to transport guests to Hurghada airport or drop them off at hotels within the Hurghada 1 area (Mamsha, Sheraton). This service is not available for El Gouna, Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh, Soma, Safaga, or residential areas. Transportation is only provided to standard hotels, not residential areas.
3. Flight delays.
If your flight is delayed by 30 minutes or more, even if the new arrival time falls within the interval serviced by the group transfer, then we reserve the right to send the group bus according to the original plan, as there may be other clients on the bus who may have been anticipating your arrival as per the original plan, and to provide you with a private car transfer at the rate below.
4. Private transfers rates. All transfers on both sides are at equal rates.

5. Important Logistics notices and group Transfer Waiting Time:
If your hotel is outside the designated group bus pick-up area, a meeting point will be assigned closest to your location.
It’s recommended to arrive early (Friday) and stay at a Hurghada hotel to avoid missing the group bus. Numerous hotels cater to various tastes and budgets, and Airbnb remains a viable option. While the group bus doesn’t pick up from Airbnb, a meeting point at the nearest hotel will be assigned for your convenience (taxi or Uber to reach the meeting point).
Please be advised that group transfers involve waiting times of up to one or two hours as we collect fellow travelers on a shared bus. If you prefer not to wait, we recommend opting for a private transfer from the airport, ensuring exclusive transportation for you.
Group bus pickups commence from hotels in Hurghada, starting from the north to the south, specifically in Hurghada zone 2 (no pick ups from Hurghada zone 1). To minimize travel time, consider booking a hotel in Mamsha area, near the airport. Private transfers from all hotels in Hurghada are also available for an exclusive journey.
For groups of four or more, we highly recommend booking a private transfer by minibus (10 seats) for a secured, non-stop journey to the boat. The additional cost per person is minimal, ensuring a seamless and efficient transfer for your group.
