Two weeks of the Red Sea compressed into one — new dive spot for each dive, every day of the week.
What you will experience
All the best of the Red Sea — in one week
Five dive zones. New site every day. Sharks, dolphins, caves, coral gardens, wreck — nothing left out.
🦈 Sharks at Daedalus
Hammerhead paradise — south plateau at 15–30m. Up to 5 shark species: hammerheads, oceanic whitetips, silky sharks. Best morning dives in the Red Sea.
Daedalus Reef
🐬 Dolphins at Sataya
Resident spinner dolphin pod at Dolphin House lagoon. Snorkeling with dolphins every morning. Scuba encounters possible on surrounding reefs.
Sataya · Fury Shoal
🪸 Coral gardens & caves
St Johns, Fury Shoal, Maksur, Claudia, Malahy, Abu Galawa — spectacular coral formations, caves, turtles. Night dives available at St Johns every day.
St Johns · Fury Shoal
⚓ Historic wreck — Zabargad
The Hanka wreck on the southwest of Zabargad island — surrounded by legend, rumored to be a Soviet spy vessel. Coral-covered, dramatic, unlike any wreck in the north.
Zabargad · Rocky
🐢 Turtles, drop-offs & drifts
Rocky Island — every side is a drop-off dive. Strong current on the south point with sharks and drifts. Visibility up to 80m. Turtles at St Johns and Marsa Alam area.
Rocky · St Johns · Marsa Alam
⭐ Exclusive to MY JPMarine
Golden Mix is only available aboard MY JPMarine. No other liveaboard runs this exact combination of northern and southern Red Sea in a single week. 2026 is the final season.
2–3 dives in Marsa Alam area · return to marina · overnight on the boat
Saturday
Check-out 08:00 · group transfer · Hurghada airport approx 13:00
Night dives are not permitted at Daedalus, in accordance with marine park regulations. Night dives may also be cancelled at Zabargad in the event of strong currents or adverse weather conditions. Final dive count depends on conditions and weather.
Three rules that apply on every shark dive, every week, without exception.
🚫
Natural encounter only
We never use bait, chum or any attractant to bring sharks to divers. Encounters happen because the animal chooses to approach. This is the only ethical way to dive with sharks.
🤝
Nothing disturbs the animal
No touching. No chasing. No blocking a shark’s path. Every diver is briefed on positioning and signals before entering the water at every shark site.
📋
We report what we see
Unusual behaviour, new individuals, unusual aggregations — all observations are shared with local and international shark research organisations.
Conservation support
All shark dives aboard MY JPMarine follow the behavioural safety protocol published by redseasharks.org — guidelines developed by Dr Elke Bojanowski based on 20 years of direct field research at Elphinstone, Daedalus and Brothers Islands.
We actively support marine protection associations such as:
“Golden Mix offers all the best of the Red Sea during just one week — sharks, dolphins, caves, coral gardens, wreck. The best areas and a new dive spot for each dive.”

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver courses run aboard MY JPMarine every week. Complete your certification mid-trip and unlock the full Daedalus deep plateau and all St Johns sites on the same journey. Course price: €280.
Hammerhead paradise — south plateau, dramatic walls to the north, west and east. Up to 5 shark species: hammerheads, oceanic whitetips, silky sharks, grey reef sharks. Best morning dives for hammerhead encounters at 15–30m.
Night dives not available at Daedalus — prohibited by marine park regulations. Up to 4 day-dives in summer, 3 guaranteed in winter.
Rocky Island & Zabargad
Deep south · 1 day diving + night dive
Far South Red Sea
Rocky Island — every side is a drop-off dive. South point in strong current produces sharks and spectacular drifts. Visibility at Rocky regularly reaches 80m — unlike anywhere in the north. An island that stays in the memory.
Zabargad — referenced at the time of the Roman Empire. The name comes from peridot (zaberged in Arabic) mined here since Pharaonic Egypt. The Hanka wreck on the southwest — rumored to be a Soviet spy vessel — sits in a miraculous coral garden on a stepped wall. Night dive available here.
St Johns Reefs
Habili Ali · Habili Gafar · Gota Kebira · 2 days + night dives
Near Tropic of Cancer
St Johns offers extraordinary diversity — drop-offs with strong currents at the Habili sites (reef starts at 4–8m, then drops away completely), and protected coral lagoons at Gota sites (reef from the surface, sheltered from waves). Two full days means we reach both types. Turtles, reef sharks, Napoleon fish regular.
Night dive every day of the St Johns section — a major advantage over northern itineraries. Night dives here produce reef sharks, turtles, octopus, and rare encounters not possible in daylight.
Sataya & Fury Shoal
Dolphin House · Maksur · Claudia · Malahy · 1 day
Middle South Red Sea
Sataya Dolphin House — a large lagoon with sandy bottom, home to a resident pod of spinner dolphins. Every morning we snorkel in the lagoon as the dolphins arrive. Scuba diving inside the lagoon is not permitted, but dolphins appear on surrounding reef dives.
Fury Shoal sites — Maksur, Claudia, Malahy, Abu Galawa — spectacular coral formations and caves. A fitting close to the Golden Mix week before the return to Marsa Alam.
